Terms of sale
Last updated 29 June 2026
The terms that apply when you buy and use a Humavio tool.
These terms of sale (the “Terms”) govern the sale and use of the digital tools offered on humavio.com (the “Site”). Please read them carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, creating an account or using a tool, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not buy or use the tools.
01
Definitions
- “We”, “us”, “our”, “Humavio”: AP Solutions Consulting LLP, operating as Humavio (see section 2).
- “You”, “your”: the person who places an order or uses a tool.
- “Tool”: a digital product sold on the Site, which may combine a web application, printable supports, coach guides and ready-made pathways.
- “Content”: all text, visuals, templates, guides, software and other materials that make up a tool or the Site.
- “Client”: a person you work with in your own professional practice.
02
About these terms
The Site and the tools are operated by AP Solutions Consulting LLP, operating as Humavio, a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales under number OC447906, with its registered office at 32 Kinburn Street, London, England SE16 6DW, United Kingdom. You can reach us at info@humavio.com.
These Terms, together with our Privacy policy and Cookie policy, form the agreement between you and us. The description of each tool on its product page also forms part of these Terms. If any document conflicts with these Terms, these Terms apply unless we say otherwise.
03
Who can buy
To buy a tool you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. Our tools are designed and sold for use in a professional practice (coaching, therapy, training and similar activities). You agree that the information you give us when ordering is accurate and complete, and that you will keep it up to date.
04
The tools
We sell digital tools for coaches, therapists and trainers. Our tools are sold as a one-time purchase with lifetime access: you buy once and keep access, with no subscription and no recurring fee. “Lifetime” means for as long as we keep the tool and the Site reasonably available (see section 16). Each purchase grants one license per tool for your own professional use. The features and contents of a tool are those described on its product page at the time of your order.
05
Your account
An account is created with your purchase so you can access the tools you bought. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please tell us promptly at info@humavio.com if you think your account has been used without your permission. You can manage your account and download your invoices from your client space at any time.
06
Prices and taxes
Prices are shown on each product page in the currency selected for your region. The price payable is the one displayed at the time you place your order. Any taxes that apply are shown before you confirm your order. We may change our prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed. In the rare case of an obvious pricing error, we are not obliged to supply a tool at the wrong price and we will contact you before processing your order.
07
Placing an order
You place an order by adding a tool to your cart and completing the checkout. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we accept your order, which we do when we confirm it and give you access by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of a suspected error, suspected fraud, non-payment, or a breach of these Terms. If we cannot accept your order, we will refund any payment taken.
08
Payment
Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment provider, Stripe. Depending on your device, you can pay by card or through Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payments are processed on a secure connection. We do not see or store your full card details. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.
09
Access and delivery
Our tools are digital, so there is no physical shipment. As soon as your payment is confirmed, access is granted to your account and you can start using the tool right away. Access details are also sent to you by email. You are responsible for having the equipment and internet connection needed to access a tool.
10
Cancellation and refunds
Our tools are digital content to which you get immediate access as soon as your payment is confirmed. By completing your purchase you ask for that immediate access. You can cancel your purchase and receive a full refund within 7 days, as set out in our satisfaction guarantee below. Outside the satisfaction guarantee, and except where the law gives you a non-waivable right to a refund, purchases are final because the tool is delivered at once.
11
7-day satisfaction guarantee
We want you to buy with confidence. If a tool is not right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your purchase, with no complicated steps. Simply write to info@humavio.com from the email address used for the order and tell us you would like a refund. We will refund the full amount to your original payment method, usually within a few working days. After the refund, access to the tool is removed. This guarantee is offered in addition to your legal rights and does not reduce them.
12
License to use the tools
When you buy a tool, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use it for your own professional practice, including with your own Clients, for as long as you comply with these Terms. The license is granted to you alone. You may use the printable supports and guides with your Clients as the tool is designed to be used.
13
Acceptable use
You agree not to, and not to allow anyone else to:
- resell, rent, sublicense, share, publish or otherwise make a tool or its Content available to anyone outside your own practice;
- share your account or login details, or let others access a tool through your account;
- copy, adapt, translate or create derivative works from a tool or its Content beyond what the tool is designed to allow;
- reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code or underlying structure of a tool, except to the extent the law does not allow this restriction;
- remove or alter any notice of ownership, copyright or trademark;
- use a tool in any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or infringing way, or to build a competing product;
- introduce malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, or interfere with its security or proper working.
If you breach this section, we may suspend or end your access to the affected tool without refund. We will act proportionately and, where appropriate, give you notice and a chance to put things right.
14
Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the Site, the tools and the Content belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. Buying a tool gives you the license described in section 12; it does not transfer any ownership to you. The names, logos and brand of Humavio may not be used without our prior written permission.
15
Professional use and disclaimer
Our tools are professional supports. They do not provide, and are not a substitute for, medical, psychological, therapeutic, clinical, legal, financial or other professional advice, diagnosis or treatment.
You use the tools as a qualified, independent professional, in your own name and on your own responsibility. You are solely responsible for your work with your Clients, for the decisions you make, for meeting your own professional, ethical, regulatory, insurance and legal obligations, and for any outcome of your practice. Using a tool does not create any partnership, employment, agency or professional relationship between you and us, and no relationship of any kind is created between us and your Clients. You are responsible for telling your Clients, where relevant, that the tool is a support used by you and not a service provided by Humavio.
16
Availability and changes to the tools
We work to keep the tools and the Site available and accurate, but we do not promise that they will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance, and we may update, improve or change a tool, including for security, legal or technical reasons. We may also stop offering a tool or a feature. If we permanently withdraw a tool you have bought and you can no longer use it through no fault of your own, we will offer you a fair solution, such as access to a replacement or a refund that reflects the time you had access.
17
Warranties and disclaimers
We provide the tools with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except for the express commitments in these Terms, the tools and the Site are provided “as is” and “as available”, and we do not give any other warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty that a tool is fit for a particular purpose or will achieve a particular result. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer, which cannot be excluded by law (see section 18).
18
Our liability to you
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for any of your statutory rights as a consumer that cannot be limited or excluded.
Subject to the paragraph above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:
- we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss, however it arises;
- we are not liable for any loss that arises from how you use a tool in your professional practice, from the advice or services you provide to your Clients, or from your failure to meet your own professional, regulatory or legal obligations;
- our total liability to you for all claims connected with a tool or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for that tool.
19
Your responsibility to us
If you are buying or using a tool other than as a consumer, you agree to cover us for any reasonable loss, damage, cost or expense we suffer as a result of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of a tool, or your unlawful use of a tool with your Clients or others.
20
Third-party services
Some parts of the Site rely on trusted third parties, such as Stripe for payments. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control. The Site may contain links to other websites, which we do not control and are not responsible for.
21
Events beyond our control
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in meeting our obligations that is caused by an event beyond our reasonable control, such as a failure of internet or hosting services, a power or equipment failure, an act of a public authority, or another event of force majeure. If such an event happens, we will take reasonable steps to limit its effect.
22
General
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the sale and use of the tools. If a court finds any part of them invalid, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we do not lose it. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organization; this will not affect your rights. You may not transfer your rights or obligations without our written permission. A person who is not a party to these Terms has no right to enforce them. We will contact you by email or through your account; you can contact us at info@humavio.com.
23
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought before the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts. We aim to resolve any dispute amicably, so please contact us first at info@humavio.com. Consumers in the European Union may also use the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
24
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one in force on the date you place it. We will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this page when we make a change. For any question about these Terms, write to info@humavio.com.
